Handmade Greeting Cards

I love being an author.  It means I get to be creative, and being creative is definitely part of my personality.

I guess you could say it’s a lifestyle.

Over the years, I’ve done a lot of creative things.  I play guitar (for fun), freehand drawing, painting, and more.

About eleven years ago I discovered cardmaking. And it quickly pulled me in.  I love it!  It’s so relaxing for me, and I find the process to be so much fun, and very relaxing.

I even have a blog on cardmaking that I started about a year and a half ago. Cardmaking is such a fun hobby for me.

I’ve decided to do a segment on making very easy handmade cards.  Sure, they can be very complicated and time consuming, but they don’t have to be. When I started out, I had virtually no equipment – just a couple of stamps and a stamp pad.  I’ll come up with some very simple designs that you can do at home.

I look forward to bringing this segment to you, and I hope you do too!

  1. Hi Cheryl,
I can’t wait for your card making tips. Your cards are so pretty. I have one displayed on my sideboard, and just about everyone who enters my house admires it.
